Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and engaging
ESI Benefit Educator
to support client-sponsored benefit events. In this role, you will interact directly with attendees, providing clear and high-level education on pharmacy benefits while delivering a professional and customer-focused experience.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the organization at benefit fairs and client events
Educate attendees on pharmacy benefit plans in a clear and simple manner
Answer questions using the provided training and materials
Greet attendees, distribute informational materials, and drive engagement
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
Attend required training sessions prior to events
Complete post-event reports and feedback forms
Travel locally to attend scheduled events
Be available for occasional last-minute assignments
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with individuals and small groups
Ability to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences
Customer service-oriented mindset
Ability to assess needs and respond effectively
Prior experience in healthcare, benefits, or pharmacy is a plus (not required)
Reliable transportation with a willingness to travel locally
Flexible availability for event-based work
