Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Familiar with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is a plus
Must have the desire and/or ability to use inspection tools such as digital calipers, go
o go gauges, micrometers, fixtures, and other basic gauges
Ability to work from inspection instructions, blueprints/drawings, and specifications
This position requires a U.S. citizen and ability to obtain a secret security clearance
Must be able to work in various climates and around explosives
Job Description
As the Quality Inspector you will be responsible for performing visual and dimensional inspections, creating quality notifications, and auditing work areas to maintain compliance.
Responsibilities
Perform visual inspections on in‑process and completed products per work instructions.
Check dimensions, verify functionality, and document findings.
Create quality/service notifications for nonconformances and manage sorts and stock purges.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Audit assigned work areas for material age, equipment calibration, and proper tagging.
Desired Skills
Prior inspection experience in a production environment
Prior SAP/APRISO/MRO software experience (on‑the‑job training will be provided)
Strong teaming ability and effective communication
Critical thinking and problem solving
Be able to work independently
Location
This position is in Camden, Arkansas. It will be performed onsite at a Lockheed Martin facility that requires special access. The role requires a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
