Mahalia Jackson Theatre; Secondary Support: Saenger Theatre
Position Overview
Responsible for venue readiness, production preparation, and internal coordination. Ensures productions are set up for success through organization, systems awareness, and follow-through while supporting live event operations.
Core Responsibilities
Maintain venue readiness, systems tracking, and technical organization
Support load-in / load-out and on-site event execution – input labor calls, coordinate security, manage requisitions and supplies
Coordinate catering and hospitality needs with the Production Director
Participate in rotating coverage for nights, shows, and load-outs
