As a Business Systems Analyst Sr - Agile within PNC's Retail Technology organization, you can be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Strongsville, OH; Cleveland, OH; Birmingham, AL; Phoenix, AZ; Lakewood, CO. Core Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements
Translate business needs into epics, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Perform current-state and future-state analysis, including process flows and gap analysis
Collaborate with engineering teams on API-based integrations and system interfaces
Support data-related initiatives, including ETL processes and data transformations using Informatica
Analyze and validate data using SQL and relational databases
Ensure requirements are traceable, prioritized, and aligned with business and regulatory needs
Act as a key liaison between business, product, and technical teams
Preferred Skills:
Strong experience partnering with business and technical stakeholders to define clear, testable functional and non-functional requirements
Working knowledge of API-based integrations, including RESTful services, request/response structures, and error handling
Ability to perform current-state and future-state analysis, including process flows, gap analysis, and impact assessments
Hands-on experience analyzing and validating data using SQL across relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, and MongoDB
Familiarity with ETL concepts and data flow architectures, including data ingestion, transformation, and downstream consumption
Experience supporting data transformation and integration initiatives using tools such as Informatica (PowerCenter/PowerExchange) from a requirements and validation perspective
Strong understanding of data quality, data lineage, and reconciliation techniques to support accurate analytics and reporting
Ability to create and maintain process diagrams, data models, and interface specifications to support technical design
Experience ensuring requirements traceability from business objectives through development, testing, and delivery
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating closely with Product Owners, engineers, and QA throughout the SDLC

Base Salary: $45,000.00 $108,445.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
