Senior Client Service Associate

How you'll make an impact:
Be the backbone of our client service team, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Assist with creating important documents like certificates and reports.
Support workflow processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
Help maintain strong client relationships by providing timely and accurate support.
Ensure all processes meet our high standards for quality and efficiency.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
About you:
Required: High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills. Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred: Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred. Previous experience managing client relationships.
Behaviors: A passion for delivering excellent service and supporting others. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, whether in writing or over the phone. A commitment to ethical practices and doing what's right. Compensation and benefits:
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
