Delivery Service Dispatcher
The Delivery Service Dispatcher will focus on generating cases for billing disputes and servicing CO2 tanks. Responsibilities include logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching service, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Training includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor.
Responsibilities
Log incoming service calls accurately.
Create and manage service tickets.
Schedule and dispatch service personnel efficiently.
Assist in resolving billing disputes.
Coordinate gas refills and ensure equipment safety.

Work Environment
The role is based onsite in Stuart, FL, within an air-conditioned office setting that promotes a collaborative team environment. The comprehensive training program includes three weeks of classroom instruction from Monday to Friday, either from 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM, followed by one week of hands-on training. There are 10 available positions with various schedules. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
