Shipping Associate
The Shipping Associate plays a vital role in unpacking, storing, distributing, and recording inventory materials and products utilized by the company. This position is responsible for pulling and packing orders, ensuring careful packaging for safe shipping, and preparing necessary shipping paperwork. The role requires stocking and managing inventory of shipping supplies while maintaining high attention to detail to ensure finished products meet company standards.
Responsibilities
Unpack, store, and distribute inventory materials and products.
Pull and pack orders efficiently.
Carefully package contents to ensure safe shipping.
Prepare and print proper shipping paperwork.
Stock and manage inventory of shipping supplies.
Ensure finished products meet company standards.
Essential Skills
Previous picking, packing, and shipping experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings.
Familiarity with international shipping standards and documentation.
Experience with computers, especially MS Office.
Ability to read production and shipping documents.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to lift, carry, and move items as required.
Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.
Dependability and punctuality.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
