Logistics Operator

Responsible for ensuring the accurate booking, storage, and safe handling of finished products.
Report to the warehouse supervisor and coordinator and complete assigned receiving tasks.
Receive and inspect finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
Accurately record the information of finished goods in the warehouse management system by using scanner or manual records.
Ensure finished goods are stored according to the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle to prevent expiration or unsold stock.
Assist in organizing warehouse items to ensure finished goods are stored by part number and specification.
Participate in regular inventory counting and assist in verifying the accuracy of inventory data.
Maintain 5S and safety in the warehouse, following warehouse management and safety protocols.
Perform other tasks assigned by the receiving coordinator or management.
Job requirements include the ability to read, understand, and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership, and customers.
Experience: 1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
The employee is regularly required to stand or sit for long periods. Duties will include long periods of forklift operating.
Other requirements include a forklift license/certificate, mathematical skills, problem-solving ability, and knowledge of warehousing logistics procedures.
Training required includes glass production technology training, field management, and logistics management theory.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses and steel-toed work boots.
Key performance indicators include cycle count adjustments, finish goods obsolete inventory rate, and finished goods handover accuracy.

Tuesday to Saturday, from 2:30pm to 11pm. Monday to Friday, from 2:30pm to 11pm 8 hours per day excluding breaks.
