Associate Group Market Manager

The Opportunity
In this role as an Associate Group Market Manager, you are a producing manager within the Greater NY/New England. You are also responsible for the success of your team as they work to solve our clients' needs through consultative and solution based selling. You will manage Employee Benefits Representatives and Worksite Employee Benefits Representatives, and you will promote Sun Life in the market.
How You Will Contribute
Direct management responsibility of multiple group employee benefits representatives
Direct sales production responsibility, managing a personal sales territory
Partnering with Group Market Manager on developing and executing territory wide strategy
Willingness to travel throughout Northeast
What You Will Bring With You
10+ years sales experience within Group Employee Benefits Industry
Proven track record of leadership capabilities
Health and Accident License
Direct sales experience within Group Employee Benefits
Leadership experience
Ability to cultivate and grow relationships
Salary: The annual base salary for this position is $75,000 plus the ability to earn variable incentive compensation through a sales incentive plan. At our company, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The salary range for this role is competitive nationwide, and we strive to ensure that compensation is fair and equitable. Your actual base salary will be determined based on your unique skills, qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. In addition to your base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award based on your individual performance as well as the overall performance of the business.
