Housekeeper Position
Continental Springs is a Skilled Nursing provider in South Sioux City, Nebraska. Our facility offers a variety of services and is currently recruiting for Full-time or Part-Time Housekeepers to join our growing team. We look forward to your application.
Job Duties:
Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, shower/bathtubs, counter tops, and sinks
Making beds and changing linens.
Washing windows
Vacuuming and cleaning carpets, rugs and floors.
Using any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools
Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies
Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces
Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
Wash blinds
Tidying up rooms
Report any necessary repairs or replacements
Other assigned duties
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent education. Knowledge and experience of cleaning and sanitizing rooms. Willingness to learn new cleaning methods and how to use various pieces of equipment. Must be patient and tolerant staff, residents, and family members.
