Administration Support Specialist
Our customer in South Burlington is looking to bring on an Administration Support Specialist to support their busy administrative team. This individual must enjoy working with internal and external clients so a professional demeanor is important. They must have good written and verbal communication skills and enjoy working with numbers. While no accounting experience is required, experience working in an office environment is important. This is a hands-on administrative support position!
Key Responsibilities
Assist with processing sales orders and updating internal systems
Support invoicing and credit processing for sales orders, projects, and contracts
Enter and maintain contract information accurately in the system
Maintain internal databases and electronic filing systems
Provide administrative support to Sales Representatives, including:
Preparing basic reports and customer-facing documents
Assisting with service rate updates and contract-related data
Respond to internal and external billing-related questions with guidance and support
Assist with lease administration tasks and coordination with leasing vendors
Scan and organize deal paperwork into electronic files
Support month-end administrative and reporting activities
Monitor shared email inboxes to ensure timely responses
Pay: $21.50 per hour
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.
