Clinic Hours: Mon to Thurs 8am to 5pm
Friday 8am to 12pm (Friday afternoons Off!)
Pay Rate: Experience Based

What You'll Do As a key member of our front office team, you will help ensure a smooth, friendly, and efficient experience for every patient:
Process, fax, and securely manage HIPAA-compliant medical records
Obtain and manage insurance authorizations for patient care
Verify insurance benefits via phone and email with various payors
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of medical receptionist experience
A friendly, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Interest in the business side of healthcare operations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to providing outstanding patient care
