What's the Role?
We are currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Executive Assistant in Chicago hybrid in-office/working from home to join our innovative and passionate team. Work on exciting companywide initiatives that are driving the mortgage industry forward when it comes to expanding access to credit for underserved communities.
Project management of initiatives that impact recruiting, marketing and sales departments
Assist with presentations for public speaking engagements
Manage and maintain executive calendar, assist in meeting preparation, and schedule/coordinate follow up meetings
Work with internal /external departments for increased brand awareness (i.e. marketing, events, business development, social media Etc.)
Assist in communication of the mission of each project to stakeholders within the organization
Assist with administrative tasks including expense reports, following up with accounting, travel coordination etc.
Support team activities and events, group logistics and staff morale
Various project tasks as assigned
Creating and managing social media content
Requirements
Bilingual with Spanish/English
10-15% travel for company events
Versed with PowerPoint, Adobe, Excel and Outlook software
Social Media Management
Excellent disposition, mindset, communication skills and work ethic
Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail while meeting deadlines
Strong listening, problem solving skills and out of box thinking
An inherent love of and desire to serve clients and create something unique and fantastic
A commitment to integrity and customer service
Minimum 2 years as an Executive/Administrative Assistant, Project Manager, Marketing Degree
