Job Summary
The main function of a product manager is to maximize sales, revenue, market share and profit margins by leading a team to deliver an end product. The typical product manager guides the delivery of a product through its life cycle.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Determine Marketing program forecast and ROI during the promotional planning phase
Operate as a point of contact to assist with customer related forecasting and promo submissions. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to execute growth initiatives with existing clients in a competitive and fast paced environment.
Work with Samsung teams (Project Management, Product Planning, SCM, Finance, legal, etc) to create, update and drive product launches
Maintain tracking sheet showing all NEMC ranged products across carriers with setup info and other pertinent details
Submit and confirm product setup information to each carrier following their specified processes.
Coordinate packing requirements and approvals according to agreed upon carrier requirements
Maintain promo calendar with marketing tactics and share with internal cross-functional teams
Manage key deliverable schedules and share with internal and carrier teams
Manage carrier NCME marketing asset requests/approvals
Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects
Perform ongoing comparative competitive landscape analysis for current and future products
Manage product introduction materials
Support and manage various account product management functions such as sample management, logistics, requirements review, project creation and management
Manage meetings across internal and external teams
Safety Duties & Responsibilities
Adhere to, promote, and accept personal responsibility for compliance to:
Federal and Local Occupational Safety and Health Regulations
Industry Consensus Standards
Circet USA Injury and Illness Prevention Program Manual
Participate in job site safety/hazard analysis
Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, PPT, Word, One Note) required.
Finance Acumen
Basic knowledge of Project Management and GTM processes required
Supply Chain knowledge
Sales and Marketing Acumen
Knowledge of Product Management Required
Knowledge of Mobile Industry Preferred
Verbal and written communication skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time
Basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
Basic knowledge of principles and methods for identifying Program ROI
Basic knowledge of Confluence preferred
