Head of Talent Acquisition, North America

You will lead the North America Talent Acquisition team, delivering end‐to‐end recruitment across professional, technical, and manufacturing roles, while partnering closely with business leaders, HR teams, and the global TA community.**The Role & Your Impact**This is a senior leadership role combining strategy, transformation, and execution.You will:* Own and evolve the North America Talent Acquisition strategy, aligned with business priorities and global direction.* Lead, develop, and align a high‐performing NA TA team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.* Deliver high‐quality TA services at scale through strong stakeholder partnership and proactive leadership engagement.* Champion an exceptional candidate and hiring‐manager experience, while supporting business growth.* Partner with global TA leadership on cross‐regional initiatives, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.* Use market intelligence and data to support workforce planning and build diverse, future‐ready talent pipelines.**What You’ll Need to Be Successful*** 8+ years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience, ideally in a global organization.* Proven success designing and executing TA strategies across functions such as manufacturing/supply chain, commercial, and R&D.* Strong stakeholder partnership skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective hiring strategies.* A track record of building and leading engaged, high‐performing teams.* Data‐driven mindset with experience using analytics to improve hiring outcomes.* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.**Additional Skills & Interests We Value*** Experience driving TA transformation or new ways of working* Exposure to in‐house sourcing or search models* Interest in innovation, employer branding, and workforce planning* Comfort working in complex, matrixed environments**What We Offer*** A senior leadership role with regional and global impact* A collaborative, inclusive culture focused on continuous improvement* Strong exposure to senior leaders and global TA initiatives* Meaningful work aligned to Novonesis’ purpose and growth ambitions**Ways of Working*** Based in Franklinton, NC (Hybrid)* Approximately 15% travel**Relevant Information*** **Application deadline:** May 8, 2026**Compensation & Benefits*** Estimated salary range: USD $150,000 – $180,000* 401(k) with up to a 9% company contribution* Minimum of 3 weeks of vacation plus 12 holidays and 2 weeks of Wellness Time* Health, Dental, Vision & Life insurance* Healthcare savings account option* Employee assistance program* Parental leave* Tuition reimbursement* All benefits begin on your first day**Our purpose guides the way**In Novonesis, we know that solutions rooted in biology can help solve humanity’s biggest challenges.
