Weekly Training for techs for sales and Service and install

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Manage and train service technicians to uphold company standards and enhance performance.
Develop and implement service policies and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor service calls and customer feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Manage sales and installation teams to ensure seamless service transitions.
Maintain inventory levels and manage equipment and tool procurement.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the service department and weekly PAY
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
In The field with Techs and Sales Ability
Proven experience in HVAC service management or a similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, service operations, and customer service best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve service efficiency.
Valid HVAC technician license or relevant certifications preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call availability as needed.
