AEB Strategic Talent is representing a
fine
custom home builder
based in the Park Cities Dallas area seeking
Project Managers . The work ranges from $7M to $35M, averaging around 15,000 SF, and demands the same sophistication you’d find in complex commercial construction—yet offers a level of ownership, visibility, and client interaction that commercial may not offer.
This is not for candidates who have only worked in homebuilding.
Ideal Candidates

The ability to operate confidently with a very discerning clientele
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided‑upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Project Documentation
Set project timeline
Monitor project deliverablesUpdate relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5+ professional years in complex construction
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
