About the Role

We are searching for Superintendents for many projects in the Freestone County/Fairfield Lake area in Texas. The work demands the same sophistication you’d find in complex commercial construction - but with a level of ownership, visibility, and client interaction that commercial may not offer.

Responsibilities

Own a site rather than just running a job.
Lead a highly detailed, architect‑driven residential project located in the Freestone County / Fairfield Lake area.
Bring commercial‑level discipline and thrive in environments where precision, communication, and leadership matter every single day.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex construction.

Required Skills

Strong field credibility and the ability to lead trades with confidence.
Experience managing complex commercial projects with tight tolerances.
Clear, structured communication with architects, consultants, and sophisticated clients.
A calm, solutions‑oriented leadership style.
A commitment to quality and detail that never wavers.

Preferred Skills

This is not a fit for candidates who have only worked in homebuilding.

Pay range and compensation package

Great Pay, Benefits, Culture and Leadership. Salary range starts @ $85k and varies greatly based on years of experience and exposure.
