Job Overview
Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store during major holidays. The role requires product knowledge, problem solving, and merchandise skills.
Responsibilities
Move seasonal merchandise throughout the store during peak periods.
Ensure correct product placement and store presentation.
Assist customers with product inquiries.
Maintain compliance with Walmart standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications
Demonstrated product knowledge related to seasonal merchandise.
Strong problem‑solving and merchandising skills.
Ability to work during high‑traffic holiday periods.
Compensation & Benefits
In addition to hourly wage, associates may receive annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums in the range of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
