Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Supply Chain Associate
to support clinical supply chain operations. This role is responsible for translating clinical demand into supply plans, coordinating manufacturing activities, and ensuring seamless execution of supply strategies for clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in clinical supply chain management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the supply chain team, senior leadership, and CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) teams, providing regular updates on progress and key milestones
Convert clinical demand forecasts into actionable supply requirements for clinical trials
Communicate supply needs to manufacturing and support teams to ensure timely production and delivery
Maintain and manage supply and demand planning tools
Plan and oversee API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) manufacturing campaigns
Coordinate inventory movement to maintain appropriate stock levels across depots
Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with supply requirements
Support ongoing clinical supply initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Lead or participate in meetings to communicate project status, risks, and challenges
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in supply chain, preferably within clinical or pharmaceutical environments
Strong understanding of clinical supply chain processes and demand planning
Experience with supply chain tools and systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
