Job Title : Supply Chain Associate

Location : Boston, MA

Contractor Work Model : Hybrid (3 days/wk on-site)

Hours : M-F 8am-5pm

Compensation : $84.55 - $99.45/hr

Type : Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent

Responsibilities

Represent the work group to Senior Leadership and CMC Teams by communicating progress against goals.

Convert Clinical demand into supply requirements for Clinical trials and communicate demand to supporting manufacturing groups.

Maintain supply/demand tools, plan and execute necessary API manufacturing campaigns and inventory movement to ensure adequate depot levels.

Manage vendor relationships and support clinical supplies initiatives.

Attend and lead meetings to communicate milestones and challenges facing current and upcoming projects.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in supply chain or related field.

Experience in supply chain management, preferably within a clinical or pharmaceutical environment.

Strong communication skills to liaise with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage inventory, manufacturing campaigns, and vendor relationships effectively.

Proficiency with supply/demand planning tools and inventory management systems.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
