Executive Assistant
An established organization in Houston, TX is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a C‑suite executive. This role requires a highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing executive calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential correspondence. This position is on‑site, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, including nights and weekends as needed. The role offers a permanent contract with the potential for a takeover option by the client.

Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled efficiently.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Handle correspondence management, ensuring all communications are addressed promptly.
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role, safeguarding sensitive information.
Provide support during nights and weekends as required by executive needs.
Qualifications
Proficiency in calendar management to optimize executive schedules.
Expertise in travel coordination, ensuring seamless logistics for executive trips.
Strong skills in correspondence management, maintaining clear and professional communication.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, protecting sensitive information at all times.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for efficient document and data management.
