Occupational Therapist – Full‑Time Days – Home Care

Evaluate, plan, and provide occupational therapy treatment programs for our adult population in their home setting in such areas as neuro, orthopedic, general medicine, and dysphagia/swallow. This position covers NYP/Lawrence Home Care of Westchester, a certified home health agency.
This is a full‑time day position.

Required Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
New York State Occupational Therapist License within one year of hire, or NYS Limited Permit if applicable
Knowledge of Occupational Therapy practices
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
Preferred Criteria
Preferred experience in home care, nursing home setting, hospital and or rehabilitation facilities
Master’s Degree
National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Certification
AOTA Membership
Salary Range
$117,220-$132,500/Annual
All roles require on‑site presence. Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
