Pay: $130,000+ per year (negotiable based on experience)
Responsibilities
Identify and accurately process orders for appropriate infusion systems and IV supplies for a given therapy.
Collect and organize all patient‑specific information needed to determine the suitability of patients for home care.
Participate in achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly projections for operations, inventory control, quality assurance, inspections/audits, and staff.
Maintain proficiency in all areas of pharmacy practice with continuous review of literature and current files and reference materials.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy and a current valid Florida license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.
Two years’ experience in aseptic technique and intravenous solution compounding per USP.
Home‑care experience.
Ability to fulfill on‑call obligations and Saturday rotation.
