IV Drip Infusion Specialist
Qualifications
LPN/RN or IV Certification.
Candidates must hold a valid nursing or EMT certification and have a minimum of 1 year infusion experience.
To be successful in this role, you must have a customer-first approach.
Proficient in navigating a laptop or computer in a Mac environment.
Responsibilities
Working shifts in a clinic environment emphasizing patient care and confidentiality.
Administering intravenous vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients directly to optimize patient health and wellness.
Administering IVs and running fluid therapy for the intravenous process.
Monitoring the client's response to treatment.
Managing and preventing infection.
Assessing the client's physical health, including vital signs, physical assessment, and mental status.
Identifying contraindications to intravenous therapy for the client.
Taking client's vitals as needed.
Documenting interactions and communication with clients regarding therapy services, assessment, and responses/reactions to treatment.
