Job Summary
As a Healthcare Executive Chef, you oversee all culinary functions for a dining account in an acute care hospital. You manage and lead a team of associates, ensuring safety and sanitation. You are responsible for cost control, menu planning, purchasing, inventory management, and launching new culinary programs with marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage cost controls and expenditures for the account.
Plan and create all menus.
Purchase and manage inventory.
Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and the culinary team.
Preferred Qualifications
Culinary degree preferred.
5+ years of culinary management experience.
Experience in an acute care or healthcare setting highly preferred.
High volume production and catering experience essential.
Previous experience managing cost controls.
Desire to learn and grow with a top‑notch food‑service company.
