This Position is for Administration with an organization in Mound Bayou, MS.

Responsibilities

Receive telephone calls.

Greet visitors.

Refer calls to appropriate staff.

Schedule appointments.

Prepare agendas for office and board meetings.

Assist the public, vendors, and other agencies.

Prepare and send out documents.

Have knowledge of Microsoft Word.

Collect information.

File reports.

Interview tenants for recertification.

Accept payments and provide receipts.

Assist in renting units, eviction processes, court filings, and make bank deposits.

Assist the Executive Director and perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

2 years of experience required.

Valid driver's license.

Willingness to submit to a drug test and background check.
