Key Responsibilities
Maintain and reconcile inventory data across systems, including ServiceTitan and WMS
Prepare and analyze daily, monthly, and quarterly inventory reports
Perform variance analysis, identify discrepancies, and process adjustments
Support cycle counts and year‑end inventory reporting
Investigate differences between physical inventory and system records, providing root cause insights and solutions
Build, maintain, and improve Excel‑based tools and reporting dashboards
Support SKU cleanup and data integrity initiatives, including documentation of processes
Partner with operations and purchasing teams to improve accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas required)
High attention to detail with strong analytical thinking
Basic understanding of inventory processes or accounting principles
Comfortable working with large datasets and identifying trends
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in data analytics and operations

Pay Range
$26 USD – $28 USD
Work Environment
This job generally operates in a clean, well‑lit, and climate‑controlled professional office environment with minimal physical hazards or unsafe noise levels. Standard overhead fluorescent or LED lighting is used throughout all shared workspaces. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, copy/fax machines, etc. The noise level may vary based on the shared workspace.
