Position Overview
Prellis Biologics uses proprietary technology to 3D print lymph node organoids, which we are using to generate in‑vitro antibody libraries and in‑vitro human lymph node cocultures for generating antigen‑specific B‑cells. We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized
Data and Project Coordinator (Contract)
to support data collection and project coordination efforts across multiple teams within our organization. This role is primarily focused on data coordination, with additional responsibility for maintaining project visibility, tracking timelines, and supporting cross‑functional execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering data from internal stakeholders, accurately entering and maintaining that data in spreadsheets, and supporting project tracking activities. This position requires strong attention to detail, comfort with evolving processes, and the ability to help bring structure to a growing organization. This position requires on‑site presence at least 3–4 days a week and is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment and contributing to building more structured, efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, consolidate, and maintain data from cross‑functional teams (research, operations, etc.)
Accurately enter and update data in production trackers, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Compile key metrics and generate summary reports and dashboards
Proactively follow up with stakeholders to resolve missing or unclear data
Maintain and update project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet), including timelines and task status
Assist in building and maintaining Gantt charts to track milestones and dependencies
Track deliverables and deadlines, and communicate status, risks, or delays
Organize documentation of data sources, assumptions, and updates
Identify process gaps and support improvements to data and project tracking workflows
Adapt to evolving priorities and support new tracking initiatives as the organization grows
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of relevant experience (internships or academic projects acceptable)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality data entry
Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets)
Familiarity with basic project management concepts (timelines, dependencies, task tracking)
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and comfort working with diverse teams
Willingness to work onsite and collaborate closely with team members
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in biotech, life sciences, or laboratory environments
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets
Experience with data tracking, reporting, and basic data analysis
Familiarity with data quality or data governance concepts
