We are seeking a dynamic and hands‑on Office Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a fast‑paced, professional law firm environment. This is a highly visible role working closely with firm leadership, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on operations, culture, and overall efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage all daily office operations to ensure seamless support for attorneys and staff
Partner with the Office Managing Partner on strategic and operational initiatives
Streamline processes, improve workflows, and drive operational efficiencies
Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development of support staff
Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and best practices
Manage facilities, vendor relationships, and office space planning/buildouts
Coordinate office events, meetings, and internal communications
Handle timekeeping, PTO, and employee relations matters
What You Bring
5+ years of law firm management (or similar professional services environment)
Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and manage teams
Solid HR knowledge and experience navigating employee matters
Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑touch environment
