Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage an email inbox
Maintain calendar of appointments and meetings
Collaborate with management to create, update, and maintain office procedures
Assist Project Managers with scheduling, document tracking, and data entry
Maintain accurate job files in company software
Maintain office inventory and equipment to keep it in good working order
Pay and record invoices
Assist with company compliance
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred
2+ years of administrative or office coordination experience (construction preferred)
Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Experience in construction or property management
Experience with scheduling or coordinating multiple jobs
Familiarity with job management software
Skilled in Google Office
Skilled in Apple products
Skilled in Quickbooks
