About Us
We are looking for an Estimator for our DC office with experience in general commercial construction or large industrial projects. Experience should be estimating projects valued from $5M - $50M in both new construction and renovations. We are looking for individuals that are looking to grow with our company and provide leadership.

5+ years of experience
Well versed in estimating multiple divisions
Experience working within a team
Self starter, motivated
Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, review subcontractor agreements and mark ups
Work alongside Pre-Construction staff to advise on issues and ensure scope coverage
