RN/LPN | Skilled Nursing
Holland Home of Grand Rapids, a 5-Star Skilled Nursing Facility, is one of Michigan’s largest non-profit providers of senior living services. Offering the full continuum of care on two beautiful campuses and community services through Atrio Home Care, Faith Hospice, Care Resources, Reliance Community Care Partners, and Tandem365, the facility employs about 1,500 team members and serves over 5,000 seniors.
Responsibilities
Delivers compassionate resident care in alignment with the mission of Holland Home.
Conducts assessments, administers medications, maintains the medication cart, and follows through with physician orders.
Provides guidance and supervision to CNAs and other assigned staff.
Assists physicians with evaluations and procedures as directed.
Ensures timely completion of all necessary documentation.
Establishes trusting relationships with residents and their families, offering emotional support and addressing any concerns that may arise.
Full Time – First Shift
1st shift | 6:30 pm – 3 pm | 64 hrs per pay period
Schedule: Week 1 – Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat; Week 2 – Sun, Tue, Fri
Part Time – First Shift
1st shift | 6:30 pm – 7 pm | 12 hrs per pay period
Schedule: Every other Sunday
Qualifications and Requirements
A current and valid MI RN/LPN license is required.
Must be CPR certified.
Prior experience with geriatrics preferred but not required, as plenty of support is available on the units.
Basic computer skills to chart in the EMR.
