Position Overview
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider. This role is essential in ensuring safe, compassionate, and high-quality care during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care
Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
Collaborate with Registered Nurses and interdisciplinary care teams
Promote patient safety, comfort, and dignity
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Minimum Qualifications
Licensure: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Skills: Strong clinical, communication, and organizational abilities
Ability to work effectively during overnight shifts
Core Competencies
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
Attention to detail and strong observational skills
Dependability and accountability
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Professionalism in all aspects of patient care
Employment Requirements
Compliance with all hospital policies, including vaccination requirements (approved exemptions considered)
Successful completion of a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening (post-offer)
