Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse plays a vital role in the care and safety of our patients. The

Registered Nurse

provides direct care for patients under the guidance of physicians and treatment teams, maintains a safe and supportive environment through safety checks and crisis management, documents patient care, and upholds the core values of Hampton Behavioral Health Center.

This is a full‑time position from 7 am–7 pm, three days per week. There is opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested. *This position qualifies for a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.*

Job Duties

Assesses and responds to medical needs of patients under the guidance of the physicians.

Conducts safety checks and implements appropriate behavioral management techniques.

Maintains the core values and mission of Hampton Behavioral Health Center.

Qualifications

Current New Jersey RN licensure; BSN/BS preferred.

Minimum requirements: one (1) year of psychiatric nursing experience, or two (2) years of medical/surgical experience with proven leadership, strong clinical skills, and high motivation.

Graduate of NLN accredited program preferred.

ANA Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing certification preferred.

CPR certification required.
