Providing personalised nursing, residential, and palliative care, and holding a Good CQC rating, this home is now looking for a compassionate and clinically strong Staff Nurse to join their dedicated day team.
What Our Client Is Looking For
Current, unrestricted NMC registration - RGN or RMN accepted
Experience working within a nursing home setting — essential
Clinically strong, with a confident and compassionate approach to care
Experience in palliative or end-of-life care is advantageous
A team player who thrives in a small, community-focused environment

Key Responsibilities
Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents with nursing, residential, and palliative care needs
Conducting and reviewing care assessments and care plans in line with individual resident needs
Administering medications safely and accurately in accordance with NMC guidelines
Working closely with GPs, allied health professionals, and families to ensure holistic care
Supporting and supervising care staff, acting as a clinical point of reference on shift
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records and documentation
