Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Compensation: $2,673.00 weekly
Role Overview
This position serves as a clinical leader in delivering high‑quality patient care using the Nursing Process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code of Ethics, and established Scope & Standards of Practice. The RN provides direct patient care, delegates and supports team members, and upholds the organization’s mission, values, and nursing philosophy.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, accountability for patient outcomes, and sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity. This role also contributes to departmental goals and maintains professional responsibility for ongoing development and practice excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, evidence‑based nursing care across assigned specialties.
Delegate, direct, and support licensed and unlicensed team members.
Maintain accountability for patient outcomes and quality standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve unit and organizational goals.
Demonstrate professionalism, ethical practice, and adherence to regulatory standards.
Participate in ongoing education and competency development.

Call Requirements
Call participation is required and follows a rotational selection process.
1–2 weekend call shifts/month: 7:00 AM–7:00 AM
2–4 weekday call shifts/month: 3:00 PM–7:00 AM
2–4 late shifts/month: 6:30 AM–5:00 PM

Active RN license in the state of practice
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA)
Preferred:
Specialty certification(s) relevant to clinical practice
