Pre‑Admission Testing Registered Nurse Per Diem
AdventHealth Surgery Center Mills Park is hiring a Pre‑Admission Testing Registered Nurse Per Diem to provide quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The RN provides safe, effective, and patient‑family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations and reports to the Manager of Peri‑operative Services.
Responsibilities
Provide patient care and support in perioperative services.
Apply nursing processes and medical plan of care.
Maintain organizational policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
1–3 years of experience in pre‑operative/PACU settings.
Experience in an ambulatory surgical center preferred.
Current BLS, ALS, and PALS certification.
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
Understanding of aseptic techniques.
Ability to adapt quickly to changes in patient condition.
Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
