RN New Grad Residency — Rotational Nursing Training

Endeavor Health is offering an RN New Graduate Residency Program at Evanston Hospital, starting September 2026. This full-time role spans 40 hours per week with rotating days and nights. Newly graduated RNs will participate in a comprehensive orientation program designed to facilitate a smooth transition into nursing practice, emphasizing critical skills such as communication, patient care, and evidence-based practices. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or obtain it within four years of hire and hold current BLS and Illinois RN licensure.
