This role involves providing excellent customer service, coordinating patient check ins/outs, and scheduling appointments, among other responsibilities. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a dental office setting with familiarity in dealing with HMO and PPO insurance. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
