Available Shifts

Full-Time Day Shift: 6:45 a.m. – 7:15 p.m.

Part-Time Morning Shift (4-hour): Hours vary (morning coverage)

Part-Time Night Shift (4-hour): 7:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Part-Time Night Shift: 6:45 p.m. – 7:15 a.m.

Responsibilities (may include, but are not limited to)

Administer prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records under supervision of a nurse

Takes vital signs or observes patient to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reaction

Assist residents with ADL care as needed

Answer call lights and take appropriate action

Complete documentation accurately, timely, and following facility policies and procedures

Immediately report any abuse, neglect, and/or changes in resident’s conditions or incidents to the nurse

Communicates residents' requests or concerns in a timely manner

Encourage respect, communication, and teamwork

Participate in ongoing staff education and training

Requirements

Current Missouri CMT certification

Current Missouri CNA certification
