Our client is seeking a compassionate, motivated
Veterinary Technician
to join a growing animal care team dedicated to exceptional patient care and outstanding client service. As a crucial member of the clinical team, you’ll help support patient exams, treatment, and daily hospital operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
Provide hands-on nursing care to patients, including restraint, monitoring, and treatments
Assist veterinarians during exams, diagnostics, and procedures
Perform lab work (blood draws, urinalysis, cytology) and record results
Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with accuracy and care
Educate clients on home care, preventive health, and best practices
Maintain clean, organized workspaces and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Help manage inventory, restock supplies, and support daily clinic flow
Who You Are:
Passionate about animal care with strong interpersonal skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
Comfortable working collaboratively with veterinarians and support staff
Able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
Flexible with schedule and willing to learn new skills
Qualifications:
Veterinary Technician degree or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a veterinary hospital or clinical setting is a bonus
Ability to handle animals safely and humanely
Strong multitasking and clinical documentation skills
