Shelbyville Feed Mill Panel Operators - Feed Ingredient Receiver Operator FM01 -

This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex as a priority. External candidates are considered post internal applicant review. Current team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.
Responsibilities
Accurately record data.
Operate scales and document incoming ingredients through the ticketing system.
Operate equipment to unload feed ingredients and route to appropriate storage silo.
Obtain and run quality analysis on required incoming ingredients.
Lift and use hand tools to assist in unloading of ingredients.
Perform minor maintenance duties using hand tools.
Work in hot, dry, dusty, wet, and cold environments; heavy exposure to ingredient dust and inclement weather.
Work holidays, weekends, and flexible hours as required based on demand scheduling.
Work in elevated areas and follow all safety procedures.
Sign and abide by the Company Biosecurity Guidelines, including agreement to avoid any avian species.
Maintain good housekeeping including service areas.
Communicate to all levels of operations, including customers and vendors, both orally and in writing as required.
Follow and operate within all Tyson Health and Safety protocols.
Lift up to 60 lbs. and/or up to 100 lbs with assistance.
Stand, sit, walk, climb ladder/stairs, sustaining physical activity throughout the day.
Complete all other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
Certify and maintain PIT Certification.
Certify as a Weigh Master.
Achieve and maintain respirator certification where applicable (must be clean shaven).
Valid Class D license where applicable.
