TIG Welder — Temporary-to-Hire
We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join a family‑owned manufacturing company in Valley City, Ohio. The role involves welding and fabricating large anodes for the automotive industry, reading blueprints, and completing projects from start to finish in a team‑oriented production environment with consistent weekday hours.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm (4‑day work week); Location: Valley City, Ohio.
Responsibilities
Perform TIG welding on large components and assemblies
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Fabricate and assemble materials according to specifications
Complete projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
Maintain quality standards and ensure precise workmanship
Qualifications
Previous TIG welding experience required
Fabrication experience in a manufacturing setting
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
