About The Role
As an Experienced Nurse you will deliver high quality clinical care to service users, assess and plan interventions, support recovery‑focused outcomes, manage risk, respond to incidents, maintain a safe environment, guide and mentor junior staff, ensure standards and documentation are met, and work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
About You
Registered nurse (RMN, RNLD or RGN) with current NMC registration.
Confident managing complex presentations, risk and challenging behaviour.
Calm under pressure and able to lead by example.
Understand importance of structure, consistency and professional boundaries.
Communicate clearly, maintain accurate records and take accountability for practice.

Matthews Neuro‑Rehabilitation Specialist Unit is a 38‑bedded unit offering a multi‑disciplinary approach to people with acquired and traumatic brain injury, progressive neurological conditions, spinal cord injuries and palliative care. It is part of a multidisciplinary team providing person‑centred, recovery‑focused care in a therapeutic environment.
