Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time, on-site position based in Sparks, NV. The Physical Therapist Assistant will work closely with licensed physical therapists to implement treatment plans and provide hands-on care, including therapeutic exercises and modalities. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate records, educating patients on exercises and injury prevention, and delivering high-quality care to promote recovery and well-being.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques to assist in implementing and adapting treatment plans.
Strong skills in Patient Care and ensuring Quality Patient Care while fostering a supportive and empathetic environment.
Knowledge and experience in Orthopedics and related treatment approaches.
Certification from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Nevada.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
A commitment to continuous learning and maintaining current knowledge in physical therapy techniques.
