Compensation & Bonuses
Base Pay:
$26 – $33 per hour (based on experience)
Monthly Profit‑Sharing Bonus:
Up to $1,000 per month based on clinic performance and bonus metrics.
Estimated Annual Earnings with Consistent Bonus Achievement:
Approximately $66,080 – $80,640 annually ($31.75 – $38.75 hourly equivalent), based on full‑time hours and consistent achievement of monthly bonus metrics.
Additional Incentives:
Sign‑on bonus available for full‑time hires. Detailed compensation structure is reviewed during the offer process.

PTA Responsibilities
Implement treatment programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs
Provide manual therapy techniques as directed
Educate patients on home exercise programs
Monitor patient progress and document outcomes
Maintain a supportive, team‑focused clinic environment
Qualifications
Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or license eligibility
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Strong communication and patient engagement skills
