Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Physical Therapy Technician to join our fun and energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic. In this role, you will support the physical therapists and ensure smooth clinic operations.
Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service
Assist physical therapists with patient care and treatment plans
Administer hot and cold packs and monitor therapeutic exercises
Maintain therapy equipment and ensure a clean, safe clinic environment
Coordinate care for each patient from initial evaluation to discharge
Perform data entry, maintain patient charts, and update electronic medical records
Answer phones and manage electronic scheduling
Handle administrative tasks, including faxing, filing, and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent
1+ years of experience in a medical or physical therapy setting preferred
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to follow instructions and assist therapists with patient care
Proficiency in Word and Excel; experience with medical software preferred
Flexibility with work hours and availability
Attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
Team player attitude with an energetic focus on providing the best care
