Residential Maintenance Tech

We are looking for a hardworking maintenance technician who wants to grow with our company and be a strong team player. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to providing excellent customer service. The ability to speak Spanish and prior maintenance experience are not required but are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Complete work orders and make apartments ready for move-ins in a timely and efficient manner.
Quickly respond to tenant service requests and handle accordingly.
General Handy person duties for building and apartment maintenance.
Requirements
Valid Driver's License required
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. required and other physical requirements
Willing to train the right person
Experience in various areas of painting, electrical, heating, plumbing, appliance, or general repairs preferred
Criminal background check required
