Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Therapist, located in Kendall West, FL. The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, including dysphagia. Responsibilities include creating personalized therapy plans, tracking patient progress, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and educating patients and their families on treatment techniques and strategies.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques, including evaluation and treatment of speech-related challenges
Experience in managing Dysphagia and other swallowing-related conditions
Strong knowledge of Communication Disorders, ensuring effective diagnosis and tailored therapy
Capacity to address and treat Language Disorders using evidence-based practices
Strong interpersonal, observational, and documentation skills
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with active state certification
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Professional experience in clinical or healthcare settings is beneficial
